Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital law, data privacy, or cybersecurity (experience in legal consulting or technology-related industries is a plus).
- Deep understanding of data protection laws (such as GDPR, PDPA, CCPA) and digital law frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent legal drafting and advisory skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in advising clients on technology contracts, privacy policies, and data breach management is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on digital law, data privacy, and cybersecurity issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to digital platforms, data usage, and privacy policies for clients in various industries.
- Assist clients in navigating complex data privacy laws and implementing data protection strategies to safeguard customer information.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in data privacy regulations and digital law, advising the company and clients on best practices for compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal issues related to technology, e-commerce, and digital transformation.
- Develop and deliver training on data protection and privacy law to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor and assess the evolving legal landscape surrounding digital technology and data privacy to ensure the firm and its clients remain ahead of regulatory changes.
