As a corporate attorney, the candidate will impart legal counselling that abides by all the regulatory laws set in place. The candidate will have to know the ins and outs of corporate law in order to uphold the company’s reputation on a legal front. We’re looking for a corporate lawyer who is an expert in negotiation and communication and can provide sound legal advice even in their sleep. The candidate should have a customer-oriented bent of mind, and should gladly go the extra mile to deliver the best legal support there is.

Requirements:

• LL.B. or LL.M.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate matters
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Possess strong analytical skills to dissect complex legal issues.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively on legal matters applying a commercial perspective

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients on a wide array of corporate and commercial matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising all kinds of commercial contracts or legal documents in both Thai and English.
• Providing legal advice and opinions in relation to corporate and commercial matters.
• Establishing and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients.
• Conducting legal research on new laws and regulations and preparing legal updates and alerts.
