Job Description:
A litigation attorney is responsible for representing clients in legal disputes and providing legal advice on litigation matters.
A Lawyer handles all aspects of the litigation process, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate for this role is highly knowledgeable in litigation law and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate also possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
- Lawyer license are required.
- 5 years or more of litigation experience background, experience in law firm is preferable.
- Ability to produce high-quality work standards.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Fluent in Thai and English language including the ability to review Thai and English documents.
- Ability to work well both in a team and individually and complete assignments within the deadline.
- Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactiveness and eagerness to develop legal acumen, maturity and good personality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions and other related litigation documents.
- Conducting legal research, including preparing an opinion related to litigation case matters.
- Conduct interviews and gather material useful for litigation cases.
- Keeping track of the latest updates on litigation and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate case files, notes and reports.
- Maintain regular communication with teams from other practices.
- Engaging in business development activities and activities in promoting the firm, and seeking opportunities for new work.
- Being responsible for all litigation cases, claims and in charge of court proceedings.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and filing documents with courts and other authorities.
