Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Description:

We know our excellence depends on our staff. Our leadership needs an experienced and dedicated personal assistant to drive workflows and ensure high levels of performance among junior staff. We’re looking for someone proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills, to fill this role. The personal assistant will offer comprehensive support in all areas of business, including communications, administration, project management, and client satisfaction. An ideal candidate will also feel comfortable working in a high-pressure office environment and strong in presentation skill.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with major in Law or related fields.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in Legal field or related work (in law firm or in-house legal department) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken in Thai and English.
  • Highly organized, efficient with an attention to detail 
  • Excellent service-oriented mindset, displaying a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook and Online meeting tools.
  • Possess a willingness to learn new tools and programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions while also being able to work independently.
  • Adaptable and the capability of working under pressure and tight deadlines to deliver work within specified timelines.
  • Proactive, Interpersonal, Reliable, trustworthy and strong communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks related to legal works documentation, organizes files and contract systems.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Conducting basic research on behalf of lawyers and coordinating with other operational staff to handle necessary tasks as required.
  • Ensure that all meetings Processing timesheets, payment vouchers, and other assignments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.
  • Liaises with external counsels and coordinate with internal department
  • Support other tasks as assigned by Legal Partner.
